The rocky terrain and intense summer heat concentrate flavors in hand-picked grapes fermented for 14 days with 20% whole clusters, then aged 20 months in French oak. Expect earthy forest floor and bell pepper aromatics with dark chocolate and blue fruit on the palate, finishing firm and round.
