Carr Cab Franc Wine

Carr Cabernet Franc is sourced from two vineyards - Rossi Vineyard and Camp Four Vineyard - both located in the eastern end of Santa Ynez Valley. The hot climate and rocky soils in this area create ideal growing conditions for these grapes, resulting in smaller clusters and richer flavors. After careful hand-picking and light crushing, the grapes are fermented for 14 days and 20% whole clusters are used. Following fermentation, the wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. With tantalizing aromas of berries and spiced dark chocolate, this wine has a deliciously juicy mouthfeel and a bold, satisfying finish.
