Our Return Policy
Every gift we send is meant to reflect the care and thoughtfulness of the giver. Many of our offerings include food, wine, or beer, and unfortunately returns on these items are not possible. We also cannot accept returns due to allergies or personal preferences.
That said, we work closely with each gift giver before shipping to ensure the best possible experience for the recipient. Providing accurate contact and shipping information, and letting us know about the recipient’s schedule, helps us avoid delays and ensures the gift arrives in perfect condition — ready to be enjoyed, not left waiting.
To maintain the highest quality, we purchase products in small, frequent batches, ensuring everything is fresh and has the longest shelf life possible.
For non-perishable items, return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery with the original order number and receipt. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days so we can make it right.
