About The Wines:
Sauvignon Blanc -The grapes for Carr Sauvignon Blanc come from Coquelicot vineyard, located in the heart of the Los Olivos District. The wine is cold fermented in stainless steel and aged for 5 months to maintain its vibrant and bright flavors. This Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, elegant, and refreshing choice.
Chardonnay- Slowly fermented in new French oak barrels and then aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels. Waves of toasted caramel and honey will fill the glass followed by a smooth, citrus finish.
