Q: What is your guarantee policy?

A: We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund.

 

Q: Do you offer shipping insurance?

A: All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!

 

Q: Can I ship my basket anywhere?

A: Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska but, please add $20 to the listed shipping price.

 

Q:Can I send a personalized message with my gift?

A: Yes, all baskets that are purchased may include a personal message. When you check out make sure to write your message in the area provided.

 

Q:What form of payment do you accept?

A: We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit cards; money orders, personal checks and we do offer invoicing on all pre-approved accounts (minimum $1,500 first order). Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.

 

Q: How long will the gourmet foods in my basket stay fresh?

A: This varies, depending on the item. Everything has expiration dates listed on the packaging. Most items are best if consumed within 2-3 months.

 

Q: When will my basket be shipped?

A: All orders will be processed within a 24-48 hour period.  If customers prefer that the package be sent out overnight, 2nd, or 3rd day we will make sure these shipping timelines are met. All orders must be placed by 12pmPST Monday-Friday in order to have your shipment processed that business day for orders other than UPS Ground. You may call or email to confirm. If it is a local delivery or pick up, please indicate when you would like the gift ready.

 

Q: If I order alcohol in my basket do I need to sign for it?

A: Per the ABC guidelines in the state of CA all orders with Alcohol needs to have a recipient receive the order that is over 21 years of age. SBGB will make one attempt to deliver with a phone call to make sure there is someone of age. If delivery is tried multiple times the customer will be billed an additional delivery fee. We will work with all customers to make sure deliveries are not delayed.
